MicroCoat MC2000-SYS applies even film of oil to metal stock without waste or mist. Lubricator cuts oil usage as much as 90%; extends tool life; and reduces or eliminates need for downstream parts cleaning. Twin spray valves use low-volume, low-pressure air to apply oil without dry spots, dripping, or mist. Valves mount above and/or below metal stock, depending on application and press; valve controller and lubricant reservoir mount outside press. Once controller settings are established, system requires no further adjustment.
