AlInGaP chip in through-hole or SMT LED emits visible light at intensities up to 5,000 mcd. Lenses range from 2-10 mm dia, and include such styles as stovepipe, tapered, dimple, short, tall, flat-top, and high-dome. Variations with ceramic stems, flanges, long leads, and built-in chrome reflectors are also available. Color choices include orange, red, yellow, green, blue, white, red/green, red/yellow, and yellow/green.
