Lean Work Cell enables manual assembly of plastic components. |

Lean manufacturing cell is constructed of aluminum extrusion with 1 in. thick MIC-6 anodized tool plate tabletop. Ergonomically designed unit has OSHA approved antitie down activation switches and electronically interlocked panels. Pneumatics include OSHA lockout devices and filter regulator with soft start dump valve that provides protection during equipment maintenance and setup.
