Communication and network options supported include Ethernet, Interbus, Profibus, and DeviceNet. Using Sciemetric's advanced signature analysis technology to capture and analyze entire leak test waveform in real-time, system provides high accuracy and Gage repeatability and reproducibility. Advanced mathematical analysis of pressure waveform finds defects that other leak test systems don't find.

Statistical Process Control tool collects all leak parameters and displays data in clear, easy-to-understand formats. Histograms and trend graphics allow for optimal limit setup, improved defect detection, and continuous process improvement. Large color display aids in identification of out-of-control processes before a quality spill occurs.
