Noncontact Takikawa Series LDM, Models 303H/304H measure length, width, height, position, thickness, gap, and ID/OD accurately to within ±2 µm linearity with 0.1 µm resolution. Two models measure from 0.25-90 mm. Display processor includes high/low alarm limits, RS232 interface, and ±10 Vdc analog output.
