The K-System is a collection of modular components that provides reliable signal transfer protection between field devices and control systems. This flexible product line consists of high-density intrinsic safety isolators for hazardous areas, signal conditioners for non-hazardous areas, limit alarms, and logic controls, all in one housing style.

Keyed removable terminals ensure modules are always properly connected. Modules mount in any orientation to panels, DIN rails, motherboards, or to the Pepperl+Fuchs PowerRail: a wiring alternative that eliminates the need to daisy chain power, eliminates I/O points and wiring for lead monitoring, and allows for full power redundancy. Both voltage supply and centralized fault indication are available over the PowerRail. Users simply snap the component on and it's ready to go.
