Beneath the pleasant face of this homepage is an very complex site which takes some trial-and-error to navigate. Product sections vary in style and individual product pages are inconsistent. Drill downs, especially in the Commercial section, are time-consuming, but within Construction are easier to navigate and better organized. The latter offers a product dropdown menu and photographic 360° Walk Around of product details. Brochures are extensive and conveniently integrated; however, popups are often intrusive. Registration is required to request a quote or purchase through a dealer. After following through to the shopping cart, the user must repeat part of the same process on the dealer page.
