Behind NEMA 4x/IP 65-rated overlay, Model HI-QDIN presents 6-digit, 0.56 in. orange LED; 37-segment automatic tricolor LED bar graph; and 6-digit, 0.4 in., 7-segment red and green LEDs. Each display accepts any input or setpoint and can be commanded to flash or dim. Programmable controller receives discrete signals from dry contact to 300 V and raw or conditioned signals from sensor/transducers. It includes dual microprocessors, real-time clock, isolated 16-bit A/D, and isolated 4-20 mA and 0-5 Vdc analog outputs with internal compliance. Measuring 7 in. deep, metal housing fits in standard panel cutout of 92 x 92 mm. Applications include standalone process control, remote PLC display, and simple indication for noisy environments.
