IEMCA Maximizes Customer Support with Organizational Changes

Charlotte, NC – IEMCA continues to evolve with the needs of its customers, keeping them in a position to achieve new manufacturing heights. IEMCA is constantly introducing innovative equipment, technological advancements, and organizational changes to stay in line with the changing needs of the industry.

Among the recent organizational changes at IEMCA are a number of changes and expansions to the sales team, which will help deliver superior support at a local level. This includes the addition of Mark Rigato, new regional sales manager in Chicago and Michigan. Additionally, regional sales manager Dennis Rohlman has transitioned into a full-time position supporting Canada, Mexico, and the Ohio Valley Region (Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Virginia). Both team members bring extensive industry experience and expertise to the IEMCA sales team.

Former IEMCA regional sales manager, Carl Miller, has assumed the newly created position of Multi-Spindle Product Manager. This position will bring more attention and a higher level of technical expertise to IEMCA’s customer support efforts. He will focus on finding, working on and closing multi-spindle opportunities.

Other recent endeavors include joining Partners in THINC, launching the industry’s best five-year warranty, and supplying a Prodigy 551 at York Technical College’s Institute of Manufacturing Productivity.
