Offering efficiencies up to 99%, FOURTEX 4-vortex dual-cyclone dust collection systems are made of solid-welded, industrial-grade, heavy cold-rolled sheet steel with chemical- and corrosion-resistant Durethane DTM coatings. Exhaust gas from first cyclone is fed into inlet of second, providing cumulative effect on removing dust particles. There is no internal filter media to maintain or replace and no sludge, water clean-up, or disposal as with wet type dust collectors.
