Ultra micro hardness tester enables evaluation of extreme end surfaces and micro regions. It measures hardness of thin films and surface treatment layers using test force range of 0.1-1,960 mN. Instrument also performs dynamic measurement of deformation resistance during indentation process. System supports Windows 98/ME software.
