This site gives the impression that the company offers protection for life. Big industry images present strength and power. Does the rest of the site exude the same supremacy? Well, product information is comprehensive with downloadable datasheets and manuals, a list of suitable applications, and a list of features. Images appear clearly visible and detailed. Having been asked to register to access the Customer Care Center area to see calibration charts and engineering specs, there was concern that all of Customer Support would be off limits. Thankfully, that isn’t the case. FAQ Library and Product Demonstrations also do not require registration for access. Demos are worthwhile and informative.
