Polypropylene Model LV10 installs inside tank of process/ noncoating liquids. Switch consists of float, magnet, reed switch, and baffle body, which dampens turbulence. When probe is dry, float rests on bottom of baffle body so magnet does not influence reed switch. As probe is immersed in liquid, magnet elevates, causing reed switch to change state. NEMA 6 sensor has accuracy of ±2 mm in water.
