FlexLink Systems' new Genesis series F1200 high-capacity FIFO/LIFO buffer features a revolutionary transport system that simplifies the storage of circuit boards, totally eliminating the need for pushers, pullers, and belted carriage assemblies. Its state-of-the-art high-speed servo control system accurately positions the carriage and achieves precise, smooth board transfers.

The F1200 standard unit can buffer (standard) 25 boards at a pitch of .630 in. (16mm) or optionally up to 45 boards. The F1200 features a user-friendly touch screen display with real-time status messaging. It features a single drive section for all board transfers, a servo-controlled lift mechanism, and an up-line SMEMA inhibit signal for oven evacuation, among other advanced features.

FlexLink's Genesis product line is the company's first PCB handling platform that will be manufactured worldwide.
