This one starts out as do many sites, with thumbnails of major product areas; mousing over those thumbnails here, however, brings a better product representation into the main area of the homepage. Product pages, fairly consistent in format, are well linked and approached from both sales and (mainly) technical perspectives. PDF specifications and even fitting instructions are offered. CAD drawings are available but require registration. Applications are discussed in a simple problem/solution format, while FAQ’s handle the basics. Online shopping is offered for only a couple of product areas. To save user time, shopping should be integrated with the product selection process on the main site.
