Titanium clad copper electrodes have OFHC copper core for uniform current distribution and metallurgically bonded titanium cladding for corrosion resistance. Fully machinable and weldable for connecting, capping, and joining anodes or cathodes, products can withstand thermal cycling and are ductile for shaping and forming. Electrodes are offered as standard round rod up to 150 mm dia and square/rectangular shapes to 25 x 150 mm, with 0.5–3.2 mm thick cladding.
