Using interchangeable force sensors with ranges up to 0-45 lb, Model 921R measures displacement force, as well as contact resistance or voltage to ASTM standards for membrane and momentary switches, keypads, elastomers, springs, and sockets. Local mode offers standalone pass/fail operation. PC mode facilitates parameter configuration, as well as viewing and printing of results in tabular or graphic format. In engineering mode, up to 5,000 data points with displacement resolution of 0.0001 in. are obtained and stored during single test.
