Microprocessor-based Series 59 has 2-6 pushbuttons for setting temperature up/down. Three-digit LED flashes setpoint as controller preheats; internal diagnostics will detect sensor failure and display error message. Unit supports RTD or thermistor inputs which can be factory-preset to 999°F; and provides solid-state driver or mechanical relay outputs.
