Developed from tough corrugated plastic, containers are weather resistant, waterproof, and lightweight. Less expensive than metal or injection-molded trays, they are constructed to withstand harsh conditions and can be easily cleansed of dirt or grease. Depending on the distribution environment, reusable corrugated plastic containers will outlast kraft corrugated boxes by several years. Extra options to increase weight-bearing capabilities of the container are available, including a metal bar sonically welded to the edges, and plastic rivets to snap the box together. Permanent or removable custom foam dunnage interiors are also provided when product positioning and/or surface protection is desired.
