Delumper DC2020L crushes any lump that fits through 20 x 20 in. inlet, and does so without overgrinding or generating heat or fines. Machine employs rotating drum with individually swappable teeth that intermesh with sizing comb. Low-speed operation generates minimal vibration and noise. Design incorporates heavily constructed, one-piece SS body; shaft seals; tapered roller bearings; and belt or direct drive. Options include outboard bearing, packing or other seal system, hardfacing, sanitary finishes, and control/system integration.
