Self-contained gain-in-weight batching and blending system receives bulk ingredients from upstream sources, mixes them all together properly, then discharges mixture into surge hopper for transport to downstream process equipment. It works with new or existing processes and conveyor systems, or it can be supplied with its own flexible screw conveyor. System is made from carbon steel with industrial finish or stainless steel with industrial or sanitary finish. Controller touchscreen displays images of equipment in operation, including material fill levels of weigh or surge hopper and blender.
