Variable-gain Model VCA2612 provides low-noise amplification required to improve performance of ultrasound and wireless systems. Each of two channels incorporates low-noise preamplifier (LNP), voltage-controlled attenuator, and programmable gain amplifier. LNP has differential I/O, connections for active termination, and output for external signal processing. Accepting single-ended or differential inputs, the chip reduces cross talk.
