Accumulation zones of PosiGrip conveyor are driven by motorized rollers, each with drive card with adjustable speed settings. Roller stops as product reaches photo-eye at discharge point of zone, virtually ensuring no contact takes place. Zones can be individually controlled for specific assembly areas and are available up to 5 ft long x 48 in. wide. Conveyor easily handles unit loads up to 150 lb in each zone. Roller drive gear teeth are formed directly into rollers and powered by smooth, quiet synchronous belting in positive drive.
