Combining Hall Effect technology and a signal conditioner in a compact case, Series DHR from LEM Components offers dramatic savings in size for measuring nominal currents up to 1,000 A true RMS. These new transducers measure only 90 x 70 x 34 mm, up to 75% smaller when compared to other current transducers.
Series DHR has been designed to measure dc signals as well as distorted current waveforms, such as variable frequency drive (VFD) outputs. In addition, DHR offers choice of primary current measuring ranges from 100 A to 1,000 A, choice of output options (4-20 mA, 0-5 V or 0-10 V), a wide power supply range (20-50 Vdc), and a large sensing aperture (32 mm) for noncontact measurement. LEM Components offers a 5-year warranty for their products.
Summary of key features:
- Suitable for ac and dc primary currents up to 1,000 A true RMS
- Current sensor with Hall element and true RMS transducer in single case
- 4-20 mA, 0-5 V or 0-10 V output
- Large sensing aperture for noncontact measurement.
