A One-of-a-Kind new product, Teflon® (PTFE) Tape with adhesive on both sides (thin to thick gauge) is now available from CS Hyde Company.  Traditional Teflon® Tape has adhesive on one side only; now, CS Hyde has developed a new technology that allows them to produce Teflon® Tape that’s pressure sensitive on both sides and up to 0.06 in. thick.

Double-Sided Teflon® (PTFE) Tape allows customers to fasten two substrates together easily and cost-effectively.  Rivets, bolts, and screws are not necessary.  PTFE substrate has all the characteristics associated with Teflon®:  chemical resistance, non-porous barrier, extreme temperature resistance, dielectric strength.  3M acrylic adhesive on both sides enables attachment to other substrates.  Adhesives are resistant to extreme temperatures and chemicals.

Double-Sided Teflon® (PTFE) tape (Product #15-__A) is available from 0.005-0.06 in. thick; High Bond Adhesive is also available.  Tape is sold in rolls, sheets, or custom die-cut shapes.  Please request a sample.
