Industrial Dispense Pump provides low-volume fluid control with only one moving part

CE-approved Model IDS-2000ARH integrates CeramPump® valveless piston pumping principle with precision stepper control. FMI's patented CeramPump® valveless design has only one moving part, a single rotating and reciprocating piston made of dimensionally stable, chemically resistant ceramics. Pump design accomplishes all fluid control functions while eliminating valves, which can clog, fatigue, and fail, causing accuracy drifting and pump failure over time. Electronics include precision stepper motor control, multiple dispense and continuous modes, and will interface with PC or PLC.
IDS-2000ARH provides precision piston stroke adjustment using easy-grip flow control ring graduated in 450 divisions, for 1% or better accuracy. Low dead volume pump head design ensures maximum bubble clearing and provides typical stroke-to-stroke precision of 0.5% or better. It will dispense 0-100µl per stroke up to 50 ml/min continuous metering at pressures up to 100 psig.
Rugged stainless steel enclosure, suitable for wall mounting in production and process areas, houses integrated pump and electronics. Typical applications include chemical and pharmaceutical processing, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, metal finishing, food processing and packaging, and process instrumentation. Unit is ideal in applications that require both frequent and highly accurate changes in dispense volumes or flow rates.
