The high-productivity Autobag Kit-Veyor^® infeed conveyor system is designed to automatically collate parts into packaged kits. Integrating multiple Accu-Count^® vibrating counters with a conveyor and Autobag bagger, the system counts, collates, and packages up to 60 bags per minute.

Each counter is set up using an operator-friendly AutoTouch™ Control Screen, and automatically dispenses a predetermined quantity of parts into the conveyor buckets as they pass by. Once all of the parts have been collated, the kitted product is automatically loaded and sealed in an Autobag pre-opened bag, while another bag is presented for loading. 

The Kit-Veyor operates in continuous or intermittent modes, and can be customized to meet a variety of packaging requirements. New Autobag DeviceNet technology enables next-generation Kit-Veyor systems to communicate efficiently with all system components, improving kitting accuracy, and significantly reducing start-up and shut-down times.
