Two or more scanners are mounted in optimal locations on top of the vessel to measure and map material topography using dust-penetrating, acoustics-based technology. The system combines data from multiple 3DLevelScanners to deliver accurate inventory of up to 1 to 3 percent of total stored volume. By far, greater accuracy than any other level measurement device.
The software displays the high and low points in the bin, and detects conditions such as cone up, cone down, sidewall buildup or bridging. It also estimates volume in pounds, tons, or bushels and gives you minimum, maximum and average distances to material, to significantly increase your inventory accuracy.
